The Borough of Alpha has many a wet basement and is located in Warren County, N.J. The Borough covers 1.69 square miles and has 2,369 residents (U.S. Census 2010).
Formerly part of Pohatcong Township, the Borough was incorporated in 1911 by an Act of the N.J. State Legislature.
