While my issues could not provide A-1 Basement Solutions any business, they were so patient on the phone with me and were incredibly informative in what to look for and who to go to for the specific problems I had. So grateful for kind and professional people in the industry helping those who are not in the know!

Edit 2026: Would give them another 5-star review if I could. When one of our sump pumps encountered a defect (manufacturing flaw), A-1 and especially Steve really stepped up to the plate. They kept their word on the warranty and even replaced the malfunctioning pump with a newer model from a better brand. Tyler showed up at the scheduled time and was done in the blink of an eye. The A-1 team is a classy bunch. Original 2024: We're so impressed by A-1 Basement Solutions! From the time we first reached out to them, they proved to be a cut above the others we'd reached out to. Steve impressed us with his knowledge of basements, and he walked us through the problems and potential challenges we were facing, and suggested two course of action. We worked with him to then tailor the approach to our needs, and schedule. The work required a couple of days, and two sets of A-1 teams supported the project. Mike, Tyler and Mario were fantastic to work with, as they got our basement ready and assessed the property. Rafino and his team were next, and were equally stellar. Both teams worked extremely hard and diligently, even during bad weather. A-1 was extremely easy to schedule, and they accommodated us for quite a few stages of work, even sooner than we expected, thanks to Kelly at the office. A-1 does terrific work and we're glad we went with them.

Honesty is hard to find these days, but Steve is a rare find. Highly recommend!!!

Ruffino and Tyler of A-1 Basement solutions did a great job sealing my basement, installing a sump, french drain, E-Z breathe system, and replacing old windows. They carefully and meticulously covered everything and even when they dug the discharge drain out they carefully maintained the lawn.
